SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on the service we provide. Personal information will not be shared to Third party companies and will maintain with us in the company.

 

 1.    General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our site but sometimes stock checks can be inaccurate and we will be unable to fulfil your order. In this instance, we will;

fulfil the available products to you and refund the unavailable item. Most of our stock is limited and made to order so a lot of stock wont ever be restocked, if a restock is planned you will be contacted prior to us processing a refund.

If you do not provide accurate contact information, we will issue a straight refund.  

 

 2.    Shipping

Shipping costs are pre calculated flat rates that include shipping materials and carrier costs. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

We are UK based so international orders will cost more to ship, we suggest consolidating your orders to cut shipping costs.

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 5-14 business days of payment of order.

 

UK Shipping – UK shipping times are down to the discretion of Royal Mail. First class usually takes 1 – 5 business days, Second class usually takes 3 – 7 business days.

 

International Shipping – International Shipping (anywhere out of the United Kingdom) are down to the discretion of Royal Mail and your local postal service. Shipping can take from 2 to 12 weeks.

 

If delivery times have exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can start an investigation.

 

For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

 3.    Returns and Refunds

Returns/Refunds due to change of mind or user error will not be accepted, unless the item was damaged upon arrival, proven with images in original packaging we will refund you the cost of the item.

All sales are final unless damage was presented when item was received.

 

We can refund cost in several ways:

- a refund in store credit

- a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

If parcel was lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.

 

 We are not responsible for your countries import duties and taxes.

 

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the

courier.

 

 4. Pre-orders / Drop Ship

For products stating they are pre order please see the individual product descriptions for information.

But usually these products are made to order or drop shipped directly from our supplier and therefore not eligible for a refund or return unless arrived damaged.

 

5. Banners and made to order products

For banners and made to order products please allow an extra 7-10 days for processing and shipping before contacting us.
